I contacted plumbspec for an urgent and complex piece of work which involved a plumbing inspection and completing remedial plumbing work at short notice. On contact Plumbspec organised an urgent response and sent two highly competent plumbers to do the work on the same day. They committed to the work, stayed after normal time to get it done, and were really great to deal with. They were really pleasant, even when having to stay after normal hours till early evening (on a winters night) I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. The work was really professional and competent.

Our house was in desperate need for a plumbers attention, with a low-pressure HWC on it last legs, extremely low cold water pressure and mess of pipes under the house made of a variety of materials. We also decided that we'd like to have a Water Filtration System installed to help with eczema and other skin conditions.We had never used PlumbSpec before but we were so impressed with them from the get-go. Tony worked with us to come up with solutions to our plumbing problems throughout the quoting period, which we thought was above and beyond as we had not officially engaged them. The quoted amount seemed fair and pretty much as expected for the scope of work.Once we had accepted their quote, they were promptly on site and I was amazed that within about 8hrs of work, they had installed a pressure booster pump, 3 Stage Water Filtration System, mains pressure HWC (new location) and replumbed every water supply pipe under the house.On the day work began we were surprised to have a team of 6 plumbers (five lads and a lass) attend our property. They worked quickly and efficiently with minimal interruption to our lives. All members of the team were very friendly and hard working. We felt their efforts were above 100% and we would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

I contacted Plumbingspec for an urgent job with some complexity (doing an inspection of the plumbing system and removal / replacement of Dux Quest piping) The contact was direct, (cell phone) communication immediate and the response and allocation of the work was done that day. (had a deadline in next couple days) The two plumbers (Nick and Victoria) were very professional, and efficient, and got straight down to work on arrival. They worked through the inspection, (under floor as well as ceiling space) the replacement of piping, and problem solved as they went. Nick and Victoria are great plumbers and met every challenge (unexpectedly needing to remove the toilet to get access to a pipe fitting late in the job) with humour and obviously work well together. They are basically really nice people and pleasant to work with. They committed to complete the job, stayed well after hours and I have to say I really appreciated that they stuck with it to finish it off. Plumbingspec clearly are a modern firm, and support women joining the trades workforce. But especially thanks Victoria and Nick for your work. I owe you both for the excellent work done.

Came home on a Friday night to water pouring out across the footpath in front of my house. Called Tony and managed to sort out a prompt time for his crew to come over and fix the leak, as well as really helpful advice to help me get by over the weekend. Excellent communication from Tony on how things were going as they worked and what was going to need to happen to fix the leak, we easily worked through the options, and I came home today to everything running really well and where they worked outside my house looking remarkably undisturbed. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done on their property.
